On the right hand side of the page there is a button which says POSY - this shows you in what time Adam is going through check points.
He went through CP1 (13.4km) in 2 hours 6 min and then through CP2 (22.2km) at 3 hours 50 min.
There is also a button for a web cam link which shows the finish line so you may spot him crossing it!
